Replacements Only

We do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, we provide free replacements for defective or damaged products.

Eligibility for Replacements

Customers are eligible for a one-time free replacement if the delivered product is defective or damaged.

Replacement Window

Replacements must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Proof of Issue

To request a replacement, email us at support@qatalyst.zohodesk.in with:

  • Photos of the damaged product
  • A copy of your receipt

Refunds

Refunds are not available. All eligible claims are resolved with a replacement.
